Determined to Survive is a powerful short video of our work.  The film focuses on three major themes taken from interviews with our members:

  • self-determination: Self-determination is the ability to choose how to live your life, It is a life-long practice.

  • transformation: how our work helps survivors heal from isolation and shame caused by experiencing violence and abuse;

  • people power: the connections between survivor's personal experiences and the larger context of systems of oppression, and the importance of taking collective action to transform culture and conditions.
